Experience synchronicities with boldness
I find that one of the most accessible ways to be proactive with synchronicity is to generate a feeling of heartfelt aliveness that is shared with others.
Meaningful moments of connection
When I'm singing around the campfire, sometimes I'll notice that someone who is usually shy might want to sing a song.
Or like when a teacher in a classroom notices something special about a student and calls attention to it.
Or today at the post office, another person gave me a synchronicity by noticing that I needed help with my packages and offering to carry one from the top of the stack.
I think of these as synchronicity simply because they are situations that almost didn't occur...but with the right nudge, they did.
They were meaningful moments of connection that only occurred because of the right conditions and the right response. Do you have an example of this in your life?
In Living in Flow I put it this way:
Boldness is another way of saying that we bring an authentic emotion into our action and maybe take a risk. Under the ideal circumstances, we bring emotions of love, joy, and excitement, and this amplifies our pull on the constructive experiences we wish to create.
Becoming keyed into synchronicities
How do we leverage more experiences of synchronicity?
One way I notice moments when synchronicity is possible are changes in my body, like when my stomach clenches. I think my gut notices that something new is possible, or somebody needs help, or something special can happen, and it tells me through my discomfort.
If you have another way of noticing possibilities, what is it?
Practice
Try completing these statements:
I feel discomfort in my body when I ...
This happens sometimes when I feel ...
I feel this because I care about ...
My authentic truth in this situation is ...
Ways I can express my authentic truth include ...
Next time this situation comes up I will try to...
