How do you get something out of nothing?

Let's reframe that. How about, "How do you get something out of everything?"

Practice seeing yourself through a lens of Wholeness. Based on the science of holism, using examples like holograms and digital photos and music, you'll come away with a new concept of what Wholeness is.

You'll learn practical tools for identifying your own filters and how to change them.

Through online presentation, group exercises, and reflective alone time, this 3-hour workshop will give you practical tools for changing your outlook.

We'll study time, flow, synchronicity, and Wholeness.

What people say:

“What can you see when you remove a filter? I really liked spending time naming a filter - I think that is going to be tremendously powerful in moving from filter to filter.” -Participant
